Ingredients:

Hexagonal aquarium.
Plastic chrome planter inverted on metal dish.
Plastic lens on top, with embedded flashing LEDs.
Hollow rubber brain filled with packing peanuts.
Anchoring mechanism at bottom salvaged from old air popcorn popper.
Brain suspended underneath by thin wire and aquarium tubing.
Aquarium tubing with bubble diffuser.
Chase lighting LEDs at back.
Not shown: black box base approx. 12" x 12" x 5"
FIlled with expandable foam, with 4" donut hole, into which is inserted
a battery-operated 5-bulb flasher, used to light a jack-o'-lantern,
with colored gel filters attached to some bulbs.
